Shop Pay Installments four biweekly, interest free payments have the option to pay for orders between $50 and $1,000 USD including discounts, shipping and taxes.
Shop Pay monthly payments for orders between $150 and $17,500 USD
Monthly installment orders are interest-bearing and may be paid in three, six or 12 months depending on purchase amount.
To use Shop Pay installments, your shipping address needs to be in the United States.
Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.
14-day Return Policy starts the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. All tags and stickers must be present an untampered.
For returns, please email us at contact@brunoknox.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card 5-10 business days.
Return Policy For Apparel:
Due to products being made to order, we do not accept returns or size/color exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged or defective please email us at contact@brunoknox.com with the subject 'Damage' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Photographic proof may be required. A request for replacement or refund will need to be received within 30 days of the delivery.
If your order is returned due to carrier error or invalid address we will reship order.
